The challenge
Inspectors were certifying fire doors, extinguishers and lifting gear on paper. Evidence was slow to assemble, easy to dispute and impossible to prove had happened at the asset.
What we deployed
Every inspected asset now carries an unclonable NTAG424 tag. Inspectors tap it on arrival, complete a configurable checklist, and the scan writes a tamper-proof, geolocated record — the digital successor to the clipboard.
The results
Inspection evidence is generated automatically and cannot be back-dated. Audit preparation dropped from days to minutes, and every certificate is defensible.
