tag.vu is built on one idea: any object can carry a smart tag, and a single tap should give each person exactly the right response — safely, privately, and on infrastructure that stays in Europe.
Reachable, never exposed
The world is full of things that lose their owners — pets that wander, bags that go astray, keys left behind — and things that need to prove what they are: a genuine product, a certified asset, an inspected machine. The old answers exposed private numbers, or relied on apps nobody wanted to install.
tag.vu started with a simpler model: actor + tag + context → response. Who tapped, which tag, in what context — resolve that, and you can serve a worried finder, a busy owner, a field operator and an auditor from the very same tap. No app. No exposed details. One tag, the right view for each person.
We are built by WLKNSN, a European product studio, and we made a deliberate choice most platforms avoid: to keep the whole thing sovereign. Compute in Germany, a self-hosted database, EU processors. Your data does not leave the continent to make our lives easier.

Hosted in Germany on a self-hosted database — no US cloud dependency for your data. Sovereignty is an architecture decision, not a marketing line.
